Athena was rescued from a hoarder’s house where she was kenneled and isolated for the first few years of her life. After just a month in her new home she is spunky and well-adjusted.
Her favorite snack is carrots and her best friend is Poppy, an 8-month-old cattle dog mix. There’s also a cat named Spencer in the house who will roll over and paw at Athena to get her to play and she eagerly obliges. We are so happy that Jessica has given Athena a forever home and welcomed her into a family full of furry siblings.
